Nov's journey in healthcare began early on as a caregiver for her parents and grandmother. Through this experience, she witnessed firsthand the challenges of caring for the medically fragile and became a staunch advocate for proper treatment and resources to enhance their quality of life. This passion led her to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and a life support coach for the mentally challenged. During this time, Nov observed numerous bottlenecks in the industry, stemming from inefficient technology, poor management, a lack of compassion, and organizational shortcomings.
Motivated to find a solution, Nov embarked on a mission to bridge these gaps using advanced technology. Over the past 15 years, she has leveraged her expertise to consult for over 40 independent clinics, helping esteemed hospitals like Mount Sinai of New York, NY Presbyterian, and top-performing Accredited Care Organizations improve their management, systems, cash flow, and technological infrastructure.
